Sign up to Crunch today so you can book a pickup, or get notified when home collections become available in your area. It’s really easy to recycle the rewarding way.
Put 250 or more containers into cardboard boxes or durable bags and leave them in a safe place on the collection day.
We’ll credit your Crunch account with 10 cents (15 Crunch credits) for every eligible container we pick up from you. Redeem your Crunch credits for great rewards or cash out electronically.
Our home collections service is currently available to Crunch members in parts of Sydney, Central Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. We’ll be expanding the service to many more areas soon, so sign up today to book a pickup or get notified when home collections become available in your area.
A minimum of 250 containers is required to use the service. We charge a service fee of $10 per pickup, deducted from the payment we make to you when we collect and process your containers.
What can and can’t be returned.
As a general rule, most drink containers between 150ml and 3L can be returned for a refund under your state’s container deposit scheme.
Containers should be empty, unbroken, lid-free* and display a 10-cent refund marking on the label.
* In NSW it’s ok to leave the lids on.
