What can I do with my refunds?
Your Envirobank account lets you redeem eGift cards, exchange for Velocity Frequent Flyer Points, access discounts, and even donate to causes. Log in to your account and head to the rewards tab to see what’s on offer.
Redeem for eGift cards, discounts, transfers or donate
Redeem for eGift Cards
Choose from a range of brands or our own Envirobank eGift card, which lets you split your balance across a variety of retailers including Woolworths, Coles and Bunnings. For most eGift cards, you will need a minimum of $20 in your balance.
Get discounts
Swipe over to the discounts tab and you’ll find a range of awesome retail partners to choose from, including popular names like Adidas, FoodSt, and Scratch.
Transfer
You may also transfer your refunds into Velocity Frequent Flyer Points or to your PayPal account. Simply navigate to the “Transfers” tab and follow the prompts. You’ll need a minimum balance of 10¢ for Velocity and at least $5 for PayPal.
Donate
Simply navigate to the ‘Donate’ tab and choose to donate your refunds to one of our charities. Care for the environment, and make a real social impact at the same time.
