We’re here to support you and the community by doing what we do best: rewarding recyclers.

You can still recycle your bottles and cans by visiting our depots or using our Drop’n’Go pods.

Our new contactless home collections service is now available to Crunch members in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney and some parts of Brisbane. We’ll be expanding the service to many more areas soon, so if you’d like to be notified when home collections become available in your area, make sure you subscribe to the “Home Collections Service” mailing list in your Crunch account preferences, or when you sign up for Crunch.

If you’re visiting one of our depots, rest assured we are following the appropriate health and safety guidance of the Department of Health and the World Health Organisation. We even have a new driveway service available at all our depots. Please help us to keep everyone safe and well by following the 1.5m social distancing rule. We have marked our depot floors to assist. Please wash your hands before and after visiting us. We have hand sanitiser at all our depots for you to use. Following all government regulations is compulsory, so please wear a mask. And lastly, please be kind to our team who are there to look after you.

If you prefer to recycle using Drop’n’Go, you don’t need to worry if you can’t get hold of any orange Envirobank bags. Our drivers stock the Drop’n’Go pods with QR code stickers every day, so just pop a sticker on your own durable bag and register your drop-off in Crunch. Remember to maintain social distancing at the pods, avoid touching your face and wash your hands after dropping off your bags. Orange bags are still available at Envirobank depots, but there’s a limit of 10 bags per customer, so please show your Crunch account number or your Scheme ID when picking up empty bags from a depot.

If you’re not a member of Crunch, find out more about the convenience of cashless recycling and sign up today.
